As innovative immunotherapies continue to transform the landscape of cancer care and research, Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) has become a significant risk top of mind for medicinal product developers, hospital systems, technology innovators, payers, regulators, and most importantly, patients. There is a unique opportunity to bring together these diverse sets of stakeholders to lay the foundation for a digital risk prediction tool for CRS. In this project, Advancing Digital Capabilities to Enable Digital Risk Prediction for CRS, we will:
- Establish common definitions, ontologies, and data models for measures of CRS
- Understand regulatory and technology requirements associated with CRS risk prediction
- Determine best practices for developing and implementing a risk prediction tool for CRS
