Program Lead

The Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) is a global non-profit and the professional home for digital medicine, advancing the safe, effective, and equitable use of digital approaches to redefine healthcare and improve lives.

As a Program Lead, you will steward some of the most influential projects in digital health, working at the intersection of research, product development, regulatory science, and multi‑stakeholder collaboration. You will own end‑to‑end program execution—from scoping and partner engagement to research synthesis, deliverable development, and public dissemination.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scientifically rigorous, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and wants to shape the future of digital health at a systems level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi‑partner programs focused on digital measures, digital health technologies, artificial intelligence and other tools, applied to pressing unmet needs in clinical research and care delivery.
  • Translate scientific, technical, and regulatory insights into actionable frameworks, interactive web tools, and resources for the field.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement with excellence and transparency.
  • Facilitate collaboration across industry (life sciences, technology developers, healthcare, payers), academia, patient advocacy groups, regulators, and policy-makers.
  • Conduct and synthesize research to support project deliverables, including literature reviews, KOL interviews, and evidence frameworks.
  • Represent DiMe as a subject matter expert in external meetings, workshops, and public‑facing events.
  • Contribute to DiMe’s culture of scientific rigor, operational excellence, and field‑shaping leadership.

Qualifications

  • A passion for healthcare and interest in the responsible use of digital technologies to improve health and healthcare.
  • 3+ years experience as a (digital health) product developer or researcher; or a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., digital health, biomedical engineering, public health, clinical research, data science, human‑centered design, regulatory science).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, distributed team, with a high degree of ownership and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; comfort working with scientific literature and technical content.
  • Experience collaborating across sectors (industry, academia, regulators, patient groups) is a plus.
  • A proactive, organized, mission‑driven mindset.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to shape the future of digital medicine at a global scale.
  • A collaborative, high‑trust, high‑performance team environment.
  • Meaningful work with leading organizations across healthcare, life sciences, and technology.
