Date/Time
August 07, 2025
Discussion Topic
Join us for an exploration of cutting-edge research at the intersection of digital health, wearable technology, and CNS care. This session will discuss recently published work by Medidata Solutions and collaborators on how sensor-based digital health technologies, machine learning, and real-world data are reshaping the way we assess gait, balance, and physiological function to inform patient care and clinical research. We will focus on the clinical relevance of at-home at home assessments during activities of daily living, as opposed to prescribed tasks in traditional assessment environments. Speakers: Melissa Ceruolo | VP, Engineering and Biomakers Analytics, Medidata Brett Meyer | Senior Data Scientist, Medidata Reed D. Gurchiek | Associate Professor, Biomedical Engineering, Clemson University Ryan McGinnis | Director, Center for Remote Health Monitoring & Associate Professor, Biomedical Engineering, Wake Forest University School of Medicine
