“There can be small, medium, and large t-shirt sizes of implementing IEPs for DHTs, but make sure you do it in some way. Not every team will do it to the same degree of granularity and specificity. In our experiences, it can be a single workshop that brings stakeholders together and just starts thinking about this all the way through to a formal plan with research and structure to it. A little bit of thinking ahead is crucial, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming and these resources will support you throughout.”
