Explore the DiMe Seal evaluation framework

Our comprehensive, transparent evaluation process ensures that only software solutions built for quality and trust receive the DiMe Seal.

DiMe Seal sets a new paradigm for digital health software products – evaluating across multiple domains of trust and value, harmonizing best practices, and easing the adoption of high-quality, trustworthy digital health software products. The process includes:

Standardized framework: The process follows a standardized framework developed using industry best practices.

Self-attestation workflow: Developers complete an easy-to-navigate self-attestation process to provide documentation and evidence that their products meet the evaluation criteria.

Transparent criteria: The evaluation criteria are publicly available, ensuring transparency and allowing you to understand the benchmarks for each product awarded the DiMe Seal.

Ongoing updates: The framework will be continually evaluated and updated regularly to adapt to the needs of the field and stay current with evolving standards and needs.

Review the DiMe Seal evaluation domains

The DiMe Seal assesses digital health software products across domains of evidence, privacy, and security with equity woven throughout. Each domain reflects a core value that patients, healthcare providers, and payors expect from a trusted product.
