Work with DiMe on an upcoming project

Seize new market opportunities and accelerate hospital-at-home technology adoption

Harnessing a hospital-at-home model and driving innovation in healthcare technology

A hospital-at-home model presents a significant opportunity to innovate, grow financially, and contribute to a more efficient, patient-centered healthcare landscape. However, alignment and benchmarks are needed to define performance criteria for the hospital-at-home tech stack so that innovators can maximize return on investment for this patient-centric model.

Advancing a Sustainable Hospital-at-Home Ecosystem at Scale is the inaugural project of the Connected Health Collaborative Community (CHcc), co-hosted by the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) and Consumer Technology Association (CTA). UMass Chan Medical School’s Program in Digital Medicine is the project’s Impact Partner. As a project partner, you will collaborate with a multi-stakeholder team to create action-oriented, open-access resources to help achieve the promise of a digitally enabled hospital-at-home model.

This project will help you clarify the financial details and evidence needed to secure infrastructure, technology, and operations funding. With increased funding available due to acute care at-home reimbursement, we can unlock new and expanded marketing opportunities.

Complete this form to learn about the next steps to becoming a project partner. A member of Team DiMe will contact you within two business days.
