The shift to Hospital at Home (HaH) is not a trend; it is part of a shift to provide more care in the home. This transformation requires the creation of a regulatory framework to ensure patient safety, in addition to defining a sustainable payment model.

The Hospital at Home Alliance, hosted by DiMe and Rubrum Advising, will develop the blueprints for CMS and Congress with the goal of informing their decision regarding a permanent program.
