The Virtual First Care (V1C) Coalition by the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) is a collaborative community dedicated to advancing virtual-first healthcare as a cornerstone of modern care delivery. Since its inception in 2021, we have united industry leaders, healthcare providers, payors, and policymakers to address critical challenges and unlock the potential of V1C.

Our collective efforts have driven innovation, improved patient outcomes, and reduced costs while ensuring equitable access to care. We’ve developed open-access resources, established quality and reimbursement standards, and shaped policies that promote sustainability and trust in V1C.
